Dramatic contrasts characterise the
Isle of Purbeck

Its rolling hillsides forested in beech and oak, fertile valleys, wild forgotten heathlands and sweeping sandy bays are all edged by the dramatic and world famous Jurassic coastline.
Purbeck is a patchwork of minor roads and tracks crisscrossing its’ 50 square miles. Picturesque villages like Corfe Castle and tiny local stone hamlets intermingle with the Saxon town of Wareham and the ancient port of Swanage.
The climate is pleasantly bracing with one of the highest sunshine records in England and virtually no snow in winter. So this is the perfect location for your main holiday or short break at any time of the year.

availability. Our helpful and friendly staff have
personal knowledge of all of our properties and will try to answer any
questions you may have.
Our properties range in price from £180 per
week upwards. Our Office should be contacted for availability before
submitting a Booking Form for any property.

Short breaks
Some of our properties are available for short breaks
from
October through to April these being for holidays of a
minimum
of three consecutive nights, low season only
excluding Bank
Holidays.
Additional properties are often added to our register
during
the year - please contact us for information.
Animals
Unfortunately animals
are not permitted at our properties
unless stated in the property
description.
Bedding, Linen and
Towels
The holidaymaker needs to provide their own linen
in each
case, i.e. sheets, quilt covers, pillow cases, towels etc.
Changeover Days
These are
Saturday unless stated differently in the property
description; you may
take up occupation from 3.00 PM and
must vacate not later than 10.00
am.

Requirements, opinions and expectations vary
from one
holiday family to another, we have tried to keep
the
descriptions as factual as possible. We are always happy to
do
our best to help you further over the telephone when
requested but
cannot accept responsibility for any resulting
disappointment or
misinterpretation of information offered.
VisitBritian Classification and
Grading
The owners of some of the properties have joined
the VisitBritian scheme and the star rating is marked in the description. The
number of stars up to a maximum number of five signifies the facilities and quality of the property.
We trust that we have covered all points regarding booking your holiday through us, we do however respectfully request holiday families to leave their holiday property as they would wish to find it, there being insufficient time on changeover days for owners or representatives to provide more than a superficial check and a limited amount of cleaning in the time available. The owners rely largely on the goodwill of holidaymakers, whose co-operation is always appreciated, and are pleased to say, generally forthcoming. Please ensure any damages or breakage’s that occur during your stay are replaced by others of a similar design and quality.
